“Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it ”

“5 star for the location, luau, and staff. We came here for my husband’s birthday. The luau in the hotel was amazing!!! Thank you for singing for my husband’s birthday :) The location is close to the beach, to the mall, and to restuarants. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. The bed was SO SOFT that we were getting lower back pain in the morning, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel . ”

“We had a one-bedroom condo with two king beds, full kitchen, living area, dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. Spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Beach was awesome!”

Abbiamo usufruito sia del ristorante che del beach bar e del loro cafè. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura ed il giardino sono ben tenuti. In questo momento stanno ristrutturando una delle due piscine. La spiaggia di fronte è una bella spiaggia di sabbia sottile con acqua cristalline, abbiamo visto anche una tartaruga nuotare. “Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again.”

“Nicely decorated room with ocean view. Enjoyed the hot tub and being on the beach. Laundry room on each floor was helpful. Loved hearing the waves from our room and watching whales from the balcony. ”

“Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. ”

“Clean room with extremely comfortable beds, in-unit washer/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent (a must for a family of 5 with kids), great location on the beach with excellent snorkeling, quick service and response from the front desk. ”

La spiaggia non è granché e le onde con il fondale prevalentemente roccioso rendono a volte difficile nuotare in sicurezza, ma d'altra parte si è a Maui.”
